We at Pembles are able to provide various management services for the provision of internal audit services.  Experienced in the management of internal audit departments we are able to offer support to any organisation for services including:

• Strategic Internal Audit Planning including detailed Audit Needs Assessments
• Strategic Internal Audit reviews – financial and non financial
• Value for money support and advice including defining of a VFM framework and strategy
• Internal Audit Management – planning and management of budgets and resources; supervision of auditor assignments; representation at Audit Committee

As well as audit management services, we are also able to provide high quality review services on a project by project basis. 

• Operational risk based Internal Audit reviews - financial and non financial (from scoping of the review to final reporting)
• General internal audit support e.g. pre-audit checks for external review agencies such as FMSIS and HEFCE
• Capital project reviews – to ensure high value capital projects are being carried out cost effectively
• Value for money reviews – completion of cost-benefit analysis reviews to identify the cost and system effectiveness of any process
• Preliminary Fraud investigations should there be any suspicion of wrongdoing within your organisation
• Audit Certification – issuing of audit certificates for funded capital projects requiring independent audit certification e.g.  FP7
